Pledge:
I am wanting to lose a few pounds, well more like a few stone! I have started a zumba class once a week and i pledge to increase my activity to 2 classes a week and then 3 over time whilst cutting down on portion sizes. hopefully i will lose the weight i want to and become more healthy. For every pound i lose i am going to put a pound in a jar to buy a treat as a reward at the end.
