Pledge:
I pledge to be more active in my day to day life... be that a gentle swim or yoga class or more simply just picking up the pace on my walk to and from university! I pledge to use my time more wisely and to become more mindful - taking time to reflect on my days and to find a little peace every day. This could be through reading a good book for half an hour, lighting a favourite scented candle or simply enjoying some quiet and being alone with my own thoughts.
