Running regularly

Pledge: 

To run once a week, participate in charity events, the BHF run/walk,  the twilight walk, The Rainbows 10 mile walk, the Race for Life and the half marathon.  Also to go to my regular yoga, pilates, step aerobics, circuiit training and zumba classes, get along to the gym once a week and take up aqua aerobics again, once a week.  I did most of this last year, and would like to continue to be as active or more active, taking up new interests/activities as well.  Enrolled for an online Buddhist Meditation course starting at the end of January.
