Curry for the feel good factor

Hot, spicy foods containing chillies or cayenne pepper trigger endorphins, the feel-good hormones. Endorphins have a powerful, almost narcotic, effect and make you feel good after exercising. Avoid creamy curries though if you are trying to lose weight as these are higher in fat than tomato or spinach based curries.

Measure your wine glasses

Measure the capacity of your wine glass at home. That way you will know exactly how many calories and how many units you are drinking.
