Running to improve my health and wellbeing

Pledge: 

I pledge that whenever possible I will make my runs a bit longer and a bit more challenging to continue to build my strength and help to keep me in good shape and healthy.  Along with this I will make sure that the majority of my meals are very healthy and nutritious so that I can run with gusto.
